Check-in/out process was a breeze. Everything was spot clean. Staff was very, very friendly and attentive. We ate at the buffet breakfast every morning, ordered room service, and at the pool bar/restaurant and the food was good! I highly recommend it and will be staying here again soon.

We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Dorado. Sadly, the main swimming pool was under construction and nobody notified us about that. The hotel is also a bit outdated but the staff was great, and the food was also good. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and dined at their restaurant couple of times. Having a room service was also a plus.

Staff friendly. Great location convenient and away from the crowds. Beautiful views. Fun and welcoming cocktail hour daily with live bands. Breakfast was delicious Sushi restaurant is delicious. Biggest opportunity is the dated rooms. They need some love and attention. Had a great stay.
