Greedy inhospitable.
They refused to fix a date error immediately after booking (in less than 1 minute). They refused to fix the date, they came up woth a solution to blackmail 200usd per night extra out of me in order to change dates by rebooking thebright dates and then refunding the old dates. They also take 5 days to answer every single email.
So lazy, greedy, inhospitable, predatory and petty.
Expedia are responsible for the bad treatment too. Dont bother with their gold or diamond support, it's empty and fake. They won't help at all and will blackmail you for more money.
