Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food wads amazing. The beach and pool areas were never overly crowed. We want to come back!

Property was beautiful. Staff were wonderful. The beach is easily accessible. Plenty of bathrooms on site in the common areas. The lobby turns into a night club on Friday and Saturday nights. The resort itself was kid friendly. Our 12 year old loved it. We will definitely be back. Victor was our waiter on most evenings and he was amazing. Very kind, attentive, and made sure to check on us often. Ashford Avenue is a walkable area with lots of restaurants, bars, and bakeries. We enjoyed it very much.

The staff was great, the place was amazingly clean!!! I feel parking should be included if you are a guest there. Other than the parking this place is awesome I would definitely recommend staying there!

I would come here on a Thursday to Saturday, as every other day if the week is dead. The drinks are too expensive. I had to reply on buying my own bottle. The room service is incredibly expensive. I spent $50 per meal for just myself alone. The staff was pleasant, but the front desk rarely answers the phone. If you lose something don't expect it back. I lost a white clothing and an eating by the pool. Boo one was helpful in helping to find it. It was the same for my family member. She lost a dress in her room and never saw it again. I would rate this place an overal 6.5. The amount of money you spent is not the experience and service provided.

So beautiful I would come back. Hopefully all the renovations will be done haha but other than that I had a good time. They should have an all inclusive package at the same price though like other Caribbean islands. I loved loved loved the pools and jacuzzi !!

I requested a roll in shower and it wasn’t delivered. Also a shower chair. I’m handicapped and in the room it was not handicapped accessible. Also we found a roach in our room

A lovely resort right on the water. The overall environment was so pleasant starting with the signature Renaissance scent as you enter the lobby to the beautiful and well-maintained grounds. We enjoyed Pina Coladas by the pool at night and burned off the calories the next day at the gym overlooking the ocean. Our room was lovely with a balcony that practically hung right out over the beach. The location was in the middle of a vibrant area of Condado, but on our side of the hotel, we only heard the crashing of the ocean waves at night. An enjoyable stay in a fascinating city.

Receptionist was a very rude woman on April 17. Had no idea how to point us to where to shop even though she worked at the hotel. Otherwise, great room w a view, great fitness center, and beach area facilities and view were sensational.

Greedy inhospitable. They refused to fix a date error immediately after booking (in less than 1 minute). They refused to fix the date, they came up woth a solution to blackmail 200usd per night extra out of me in order to change dates by rebooking thebright dates and then refunding the old dates. They also take 5 days to answer every single email. So lazy, greedy, inhospitable, predatory and petty. Expedia are responsible for the bad treatment too. Dont bother with their gold or diamond support, it's empty and fake. They won't help at all and will blackmail you for more money. Both are low lives

Staff was fine but not overly focused on customer service and most interactions felt very perfunctory rather than actually wanting to make sure that guests were happy. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, but there were some significant wear and tear issues, like the mirrored closet doors coming off the tracks every time you moved them. Overall it's a decent hotel with a very nice lobby and public areas, but we had been expecting a higher level of customer service at a hotel that was supposed to be one of the nicest ones in that area. After staying at a similar type of property in Orlando, I am thinking that this may be typical for large Marriott owned resorts.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend, what an amazing experience. From check in till the time we checked out, everything was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. I would recommend this hotel, one of the best in the area.
