  • Cozy Studio located near Luis Munoz Marin International Airport(SJU) in the HEART of ISLA VERDE. Walking distance to one of the best beaches, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood is protected by 24 hour security with controlled access, private entrance to the apartment and reserved parking, Queen Bed, Microwave, Smart TV, cable TV, Stove Top, Refrigerator, Air-conditioning, Private Bathroom. Great apartment and host. I appreciated the proactive communication from Karl and Maria. The “courtyard” in front of the apartment was very pleasant. The apartment itself was clean, well maintained, and I was surprised with how generously the apartment provided supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, burn gel, umbrellas etc.

The host were great, she met us when we arrived to show us around. The studio was nice as were the sitting areas outside. We had stayed in the neighborhood before. There are plenty of food options within walking distance as is the beach.

My wife & I stayed here for 4 nights. It is an inexpensive place to stay for a trip in Puerto Rico. It was within walking distance from the beach which we liked. The hostess & her husband were very attentive to our needs. My wife needed an extra blanket because I had to turn the a/c on. She tends to get cold when I do that. The hostess was happy to provide that for us. The only thing was, there was only one chair to sit when we brought food from outside to eat. I had to sit on the bed. Luckily everything was tightly fitted into the studio so we had no problem. There is a kitchen area so you could heat up any food you want. All in all, this place was very nice stay to celebrate our 5 year anniversary.

Lovely, quiet, secure studio with courtyard.

Good central location to have day trips to experience all corners of PR, outside metro area. Karl and Maria are pleasant, knowledgeable and great hosts. Nice beach within walking distance.
