Property was in a great central location. It was spacious, clean and at an excellent price point. Privacy and parking were also a great plus. Manager had great communication and the check-in/check out process was very easy. We had a wonderful stay and will book again for our next trip to the island. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation stay.

La propiedad tiene excelente ubicación, dispone de todas las facilidades para tener una estadía agradable y compartir en familia. La anfitriona responde rápidamente a las comunicaciones. My parents stayed in September and immediately were saying how much they loved the space. They felt comfortable and relaxed in the apartment and fully enjoyed their time staying there. They are planning to return soon to Caguas, and already hoping to stay at this location as they loved it so much more than staying at a hotel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something spacious and hospitable.

Great Stay For Us

This is an excellent property that is clean and secure. We chose it because it was very close to where we needed to be. Being familiar with Puerto Rico., this location was easy for us to get to places that we wanted to go. The only drawback we experienced is there was no hairdryer on site nor any laundry detergent. I only mentioned this because they have always been provided at other sites we have stayed. This was a great place.

Our Caguas Stay

We stayed in town for a family emergency. It’s a hop, step and skip away from a tasty bakery where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. The condo was nice and clean, the a/c in the bedrooms worked perfect. Nice; quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.
