Nice place with good location

Really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was a little tricky with a big group. Everyone wanted instructions but we didn’t get them until three o’clock on check in day. I get that they didn’t want us going in early but it made arrival a little stressful. Place has a good size living room and the location was walking distance from a lot of great spots. The washing machine was out of service which was a bummer since we were there a full week. Would stay here again.

Best Rental Property In San Juan Puerto Rico

First time I stay at this property, and its location location location - excellence! The apartment unit was impeccable, and in a charming street 2 minute walk from La Placita center which is popular for its bars, food, and ambience. A true Puerto Rican experience! The beach is near and a quick ride via Uber ($5) ( unless you want to walk 15m). The service from Puerto Rico Rentals was superb. They had great recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. We visited a few, such as Tostado (food) in Calle Loiza, and Botanico Calle Cerra (outdoor bar), and we were thrilled. We also took ideas, of places to visit, from their colorful Instagram page. Our overall experience was fantastic and we cant wait to go back! I will stay again in this or any other of their properties. Thank you William and your team !
