I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. 」

It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.」
