I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
Ernesto at check was beyond helpful. Cleared up a mixup with our reservation in no time. The entire resort is fantastic! The adult pool needs to be refurbished a bit, but was very serene for relaxing. Overall an excellent stay!
