"Great stay! Would stay again"

"The room was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs passing through Pagosa Springs. "

"Property was ok. The stairs were so steep and low head room. The stairs going up to the house were bad. So if you have someone with knee problems this isn’t this house. I have rented several houses over the years in this area and this house owner asked us not to put food scraps in the trash but rather to take them with us and dispose of. I wouldn’t tell anyone to rent this house. "

"Everything was clean enough and staff was friendly. Our toilet was wobbly. We were on the guest floor and got woken up by footsteps in the middle of the night and early in the morning."

"Nice & clean"

"We had such a wonderful time on our vacation! The view was great, even with the rain, and we took advantage of the fire pit for marshmallows. Everything felt very clean, and the full kitchen was great for making a quick, cheap dinner. My partner kept exclaiming how much she could live here due to how perfect of a set-up it was. We’re already planning our next trip back and trying to convince a few friends to join us - which shouldn’t be hard with the pics we took."

"Everything was great minus our room. The AC wasn't working and the room was close to 80 degrees. The maintenance guys fixed it, but it didn't change the temperature. Two nights out of three were spent in very hot conditions which made it hard to sleep. "

"This property met all of our needs. The location is great. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are a nice size and all have comfortable mattresses. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay there again! "
