Staff is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. Property is a good no frills place to rest if you are in the area. The motel is older, but taken care of.

Let me start by saying that the Motel is so cute, clean and in a perfect location. Staff was so helpful and kind. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the walls are pretty thin so if you are unlucky, like we were, to get noisy neighbors, it’s hard to sleep. We were on a work trip and hoping to get rest and sleep in both mornings, but it didn’t go as planned. Our other neighbors we hardly heard so really your experience might depend on who is next to you and if arguing or stomping around at 4am bothers you. When I brought up our experience to Collin, he offered a discount so I’m very grateful for that. We hope to give motel SOCO a second try 🙏

Clean and comfortable room. Shower had great pressure. I was in town for a wedding, family stayed at the tower Inn and Alpine and this was certainly nicer than the two.

Our room was in the front of the property and the noise from the road was unfortunately very loud and nonstop until about midnight when it slowed down. The door doesn't have any insulation or sealant around the cracks (I read this in another person's comment) and that would make a difference if the owner's started there. You can see daylight around the edges of the doorframe. Also, the beds were super hard. I know beds are something where you can't please everyone but this was so hard and uncomfortable (sleeping on a board) that I can't believe more folks aren't complaining. Shower and bathroom were great, and all other amenities are good. Just needs a few upkeep and tightening up around doors, maybe work on the noise reduction issues and put a soft mattress topper on the beds for crying out loud. Doesn't cost much and really helps make the number one function of a motel much better.

Local construction made things a bit difficult - but hotel is charming! Music and restaurant were excellent. Quick check in code was so fast and helpful. Will definitely be our first choice on next visit to Pagosa Springs.

I would definitely stay again!

Stayed 1 night as part of a road trip with my friend in September. Adorable family owned motel with an onsite restaurant and lounge featuring live music. Room was perfect and super clean. Even though the motel is right off the highway, it's very quiet. Only minutes from the hot springs resort. Wish I would have been able to stay longer, Pagosa Springs is a cute town. Motel staff was just as great!

Loved this place! Unique spot with comfortable accommodations and a very cool, laid back vibe. Restaurant and bar on site (with live music!) were an amazing bonus. After 3 days of riding motorcycles, it was amazing to check in and be able to stay put and relax and have everything we needed available. Highly recommend and will stay here again!
