““Our stay at the cabin was wonderful. The space was spotless, neat, and very well cared for, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was peaceful and relaxing. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining the cabin, and it really shows. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.””

“We loved this home! Awesome to have two dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, 4 washers n 4 dryers. The kids loved the canoes and dock. What a plus to have fishing poles and life jackets. The pool table was also a hit!! We loved the views from the back deck and the convenience to get places. ”

“Very cute and super close to town. Loved being able to walk to get a cup of coffee or down to the hot springs. Highly recommend!”

“Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our……

“A beautiful well kept condo with everything stated ascorrect. Well stocked kitchen, comfy, cozy and clean.The condo had breathtaking views of Pagosa Peak and other surrounding mountains.We loved this condo location.We didn't need to communicate with owners for all instructions were clearly stated.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was very convenient and close to everything you need in town. We even got to see several large bucks grazing in the yard one morning. We love visiting Pagosa on our family vacations and would stay again if available next time we are in area.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable place on Main Street. I meant to leave a note. Several TV remotes needed new batteries. Also, instructions to connect the remote to the TV’s would have been helpful. Certainly a mini inconvenience and did not reflect on our experience. We would stay with you again! ”

“Nice, clean cabin will all of the essentials. Sitting on the river makes for a great location and easy access to the hot springs a short walk away. ”

“The property was perfect for our family get away. The kids had an amazing time exploring the property and all it has to offer . The hot tub was perfect each night after a long day hiking and fishing. Natalee was super helpful with all our questions and even helped us find a lake to fish in. We will definitely be coming back ”

“This was a great condo which was actually better than the pictures. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We loved spending time by the river and walking to town for shopping and coffee. We really enjoyed watching the deer everyday. Management was very responsive when we had a minor question. Loved having a garage and the interior stairs. It would have been nice to have chairs on the bedroom balconies but overall, the condo was just what we wanted. We will stay here again……

“Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen……
