We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! We had a large extended family in town and were able to gather in the evenings for food and games together in the living space! The management was quick to respond to any needs or concerns and was very thorough before and during our stay.

We had a great time in Pagosa Springs and the house was awesome. Quiet, close to town, and there were always deer in the backyard in the evenings and overall a 5 star place

Perfect fishing getaway

Great proximity to some outstanding fishing spots. Beautiful southwestern style house with all the amenities one could ever need. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay her again.

Relaxing getaway

House was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need besides groceries. Highly recommend and will certainly still here again when in Pagosa Springs.

Excellent accommodations! Loved every thing about it—location, cleanliness, furnishings, beds, linens, appliances, kitchen amenities, hot tub, tvs —- And the awesome view of the lake from the front yard! We enjoyed the deck and seeing the deer and birds. Host was super responsive!

Perfect place for a family vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Incredibly well stocked kitchen for cooking and spending time together in the kitchen. The home has a great family room and the dining area. Hit tub was wonderful after skiing and hiking. Easy checkin and checkout process and the location is great!

Southwest Colorado Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing stay in Pagosa. The home was very nice, and the kitchen was perfect for evening meal preparations. Finishing off our night with a soak in the hot tub was also very enjoyable. Will certainly recommend.

Relaxing Friends Weekend

Property was a very nice home base for a four friends long relaxing weekend. Layout was wonderful for individual space and group gathering. Entry was easy. Clean and fully functional with all the key tools. Easy walk to the lake made for a nice morning scenic walk. Wildlife visiting the back deck also was a welcomed surprise. Would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood in a mountain town

This is a nice house with a hot tub in a lovely neighborhood in the mountain town Pagosa Springs. There are shops, hot springs, and many other things to do around this town. The owner is very communicative and the house has everything we needed for a great stay.

Family Ski Trip

We have been coming to Pagosa Springs for over 20 years and we enjoy each stay, the home was lovely and spacious with a great kitchen. Master bedroom is perfect if your handicapped. Peaceful neighborhood.

Well kept home with all the essentials. We enjoyed fishing the lakes within the neighborhood and watching the deer grazing in the front yard. Convenient to town and the owner is very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly with yard space for our small dog.
