「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」

The entire room look to be remodeled BUT, our door was badly repaired from what looked like being kicked in! Windows around entire building were filled with cobwebs and dirty. The outside grounds were not really kept well. With a little attention to detail around the building and premises, this would be a much nicer place. From 3rd floor we...

「The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night.
They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front...
