「Very clean rooms! We enjoyed our stay!」

「This hotel was wonderful! Even though the power went out from them wind storm, the staff was very kind and helped us in any way they could! Eventually the power turned back on and it was a great place to stay!」

「We booked this hotel largely because of the pool and hot tub. When we checked in we were informed the heating element for both was out, so the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool was chilly, but at least open. Okay, we can work with that. However, when we went to swim, it was obvious the pool filter wasn’t working properly either. There was algae growth around the filter and filter ducts, a pool light with exposed wiring wrapped in duct tape pulled from the open socket to poolside linoleum and...

「Our only difficulty were the guests above us making a lot of noise going back a forth on the floor for about an hour while we were trying to go to sleep. We did not complain to management.」

「Stayed in Durango for the night on the way from California to Colorado Springs. Older motel but in clean condition. The room had a small frig in it, desk, tv and a decent bed. It was great for a one night stay for the price. Ask for rooms towards the back as the front street is really busy. The front attendant was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a high end room, this is not the place for you.」

「The Neon Mallard bar next door was terrific. Small but very clean room. Goofy check-in process, but works well if you’re arriving after 4pm check-in time.」

「Clean and comfortable room. Shower had great pressure. I was in town for a wedding, family stayed at the tower Inn and Alpine and this was certainly nicer than the two.」

「We used almost all amenities while staying here: the locker room, lap pool, fitness center, business center, and restaurants. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious, the pools were great to use for my morning swim. We would stay again. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get any WIFI connection in our room, even our phones said "emergency calls only"- so if you stay at the end of the hall with rooms 200, be aware you may not have service.」
