“Clean rooms, great AC. Beds were decent.”

“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. There are two restaurants here, the one on the second floor requires……

“A very enjoyable stay in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very accommodating and willing to help with luggage to the second floor. A very clean and quaint place to stay. "Famburgers" was just up the street and we had delicious burgers and shakes! There is a kitchen available if needed and the shared bathrooms/ showers were very clean and easy to access.”

“We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall.”

“Stayed in Durango for the night on the way from California to Colorado Springs. Older motel but in clean condition. The room had a small frig in it, desk, tv and a decent bed. It was great for a one night stay for the price. Ask for rooms towards the back as the front street is really busy. The front attendant was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a high end room, this is not the place for you.”

Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed.”
