The house and amenities were perfect. There were lots of condiments/spices/cookware available to use for cooking while we were there. The location was great for fishing locally (with a permit), and it was close to town/dining. House is clean and comfortable and easy to access by the door and garage codes. Would recommend!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything you need is here - spices, cook ware, coffee, Kleenex, and even some snacks. Whoever maintains this place is extremely thoughtful and organized. I wholeheartedly recommend this house.

Wonderful week. Cute house. Plenty of room. And the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook your favorite meals. The views were beautiful from the front porch. The host kept in touch with us from beginning to end. Would stay here again.

Another great stay

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a nice property in a nice location. Kitchen is well stocked, and we appreciate the large kitchen, large living room, and the desk in the master bedroom. The fireplace in the living room was great to take the edge off in the morning since we typically turn the heat down at night for sleeping. Our only recommendation would be to add reading/task lighting at both ends of the sectional. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with this vacation rental. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer, which made it feel like a home away from home. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable throughout our visit.The location was another highlight—conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It also served as a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. Pagosa Springs itself is a charming town with a lot to offer, and we enjoyed taking day trips to nearby attractions.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. Nice house would have been more enjoyable if there was a fenced area for the pups. Also the pics did not show how close the neighbors were especially out back. Not a good choice if you are looking for privacy.
