The Condado Plaza Hotel
They only had one elevator that was working. The ice machines on each floor did not work. Our key card got deactivated several times where we had to get a new key card. Water pressure in the bathroom was really low. The pool that they depicted is not that big and the beach area is not even a beach. ...

EXCELLENT! Wish I can give more than 5 stars Pool is open till 11pm. You get two complimentary drinks and snacks per person at Happy hour. Amazing restaurant and casino on site. I can’t rave enough.

The room was very nice, beautiful sea view. BUT, overpriced for the overall experience. For 700$/day: Breakfast not included. I paid 100$ for two breakfast that were very average quality and with a servant that was very bossy. Food at the bar was low quality. Just way overpriced!!. For that price ...
