The hotel was fabulous. Clean, bright, brand new and smelled great! The food was excellent. The staff was great and very accommodating to my family and I. Extremely pet friendly which was great for our 2 year old Maltipoo. Highly recommend to anyone and will certainly go back.

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
The room was at 69 I tried to warm up the room but it didn’t, I was freezing. I don’t like to be cold so that was an issue for me.

The Condado Plaza Hotel
Great room. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The Playacita Del Condado beach is right in front of the hotel. Safe and clean water.
