One room has no remote for the ac so my partner ended up getting sick because we couldn’t adjust the temp. No tv remote and when brought up to the host she simply did nothing about it. Until after the fact bringing up inconveniences on property they said “we’ll send someone to bring a remote in the morning” we spent 6 days there and never got a remote. “If we could give this no stars we would, You should UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE. If you do you are WASTING YOU MONEY AND TIME. There were 5 main issues that go against VRBO standards and practices and Puerto Rico’s building codes. 1. The showers and toilets overflowed after one shower and one use of the toilet. 2. There was mold in every single ac unit in the property. 3. There was not a single fire detector or c02 detector and 2 of the people staying were firefighters and……
