“Toilet was filthy black and had no running water. Had to walk to nearby farmacy to get gallons of water to try to flush the nasty toilet. Stairs hallway light was not working at night. Had a difficult time to see the small padlocks to get in the property. Not to mention the terrible noise throughout the night. Definitely did not sleep at all.”
