One room has no remote for the ac so my partner ended up getting sick because we couldn’t adjust the temp. No tv remote and when brought up to the host she simply did nothing about it. Until after the fact bringing up inconveniences on property they said “we’ll send someone to bring a remote in the morning” we spent 6 days there and never got a remote. 「I just got back from an incredible stay at Villa Paradiso and I’m already trying to figure out when we can return. The villa is genuinely spacious, with room for everyone to spread out and still have plenty of common space to gather. The design is thoughtful throughout, luxurious without being uncomfortable.
