Beautiful views!

Our stay here was great! The hosts were kind and welcoming and the property was beautiful! This property was able to accommodate our group of 13 and we are all still raving about the views and the pool! San Lucido was not far away and had nice grocery stores and gelaterias. Great spot to vacation!

We had such a great time at this place! The house was super clean—everything felt fresh and tidy, which made it easy to settle in and just relax. The pool was amazing. It was sparkling and perfect for lounging, swimming & soaking up the sun. Our kids had a blast in it. The owner was awesome—really responsive and on top of things. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us quickly and were genuinely helpful. It felt like they really cared about making our stay smooth and enjoyable.Definitely recommend, and we’d love to come back sometime!

Stunning villa with beautiful views

Really lovely villa in rural Italy. We had a fantastic couple of weeks at their with our extended family. The hosts are helpful and accommodating. The villa is spacious with a lovely big pool, good size rooms and all the amenities needed for a large family gathering. Views of the sunset over the sea from the balconies were stunning. This is a great place for rest and relaxation. A number of good restaurants in and around the area. If you want to try Casa Rural (closest to the villa) you need to book in advance.

Buena ubicación, a 5 minutis de San Lucido. Piscina con vistas al mar, con agua muy limpia.

El trato con el propietario ha sido muy bueno. El comedor y cocina amplios y bien surtido de todos los utensilios. Limpio. 7 Habitaciones muy correctas. Eramos 12 adultos, sin estar apretados. El único “pero” es para la instalación eléctrica y las bombas de agua , que necesitan un repaso, aunque cuando tuvimos algun problema el propietario vino emseguida a solucionarlo. En definitiva , un notable alto en general. Aconsejable!

Herrlicher Urlaub in einem wundervollen Haus mit super Ausblick und toller Gastgeberin!

Wir (11 Personen) haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus und das Anwesen sind einfach wunderbar und laden zu einem perfekten Urlaub ein! Vor der Anreise wurden wir von Anna mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt. Auch während des Aufenthalts war Anna immer für uns erreichbar. Die Lage des Anwesens ist einfach fantastisch, ein herrlicher Blick auf's Meer, kurze Wege zum Meer und zur Altstadt (ca. 5 - 10 Min. mit dem Auto) und das alles in einer absolut ruhigen Wohnlage mit tollem Pool und riesigem Garten. Dazu kommt noch ein herrliches Restaurant ca. 10 Gehminuten direkt über dem Anwesen auf dem Berg gelegen. Liebe Anna, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in San Lucido!

Bel posto con un bellissimo panorama

Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :) Nell'annuncio, forse una precisione sarebbe benvenuta sulla casa della Zia sullo stesso terreno. Carmen è stata molto gentile e ha risposto rapidamente alle nostre richieste. Grazie per le belle vacanze.

Ein tolles Haus mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht!

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unserer Familie in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über sämtliches Inventar. Ob Kücheninventar, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kinderhochstuhl und Kinderbett - alles war da. Sowohl im Haus, wie auch im Außenbereich herrschte absolute Sauberkeit und für die Hygiene war sowohl Desinfektionsmittel, wie auch Handschuhe etc. vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich den Kontakt zur Vermieterin hervorheben. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise war es stets unkompliziert und freundlich. Alle unsere Fragen wurden immer beantwortet und zudem hatten wir auch die Tipps bekommen für die schönen Strände etc. Die Ortschaft San Lucido ist ein typisch italienisches Städtchen mit einer gemütlichen Altstadt. Die Strände ziehen sich kilometerweit - ob Sand oder Kies, ob bewirtschaftet oder "wild" - alles da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt nicht große Supermärkte, aber auch kleine Läden. Wir haben es z. B. sehr genossen Obst und Gemüse aus der Region in kleineren Läden zu kaufen - günstig und sehr lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert - vielen Dank nochmal an die Anna!

Excellent property for an extended family vacation with young grandkids

Many great features: patio, barbeque, pool, view, etc. Enrico, the factotem, was very supportive and helpful. We all enjoyed it. Here are some suggestions. A microwave was listed for the site, but there was no microwave. Most people now live with microwaves. We were there in midge season, and in places we have stayed before, there were screens to exclude the midges from the bedrooms. Fans helped, but it would have been nice to have a modest amount of air conditioning, for the bedrooms only (not needed at all for the main floor), or even just for a few bedrooms (some people do not sleep well in the heat.) Or else, larger room fans with the possibility of keeping the windows open (screens to keep out the midges) so that the ventilation is more effective. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again and recommend it to others.
