We have stayed in this room 3 times and have been really pleased each time. This time, however, the 2 tv's worked sporadically. There seems to be a problem with the wifi. The king bed is wonderful. The last time we stayed in this room the owner had put a new bed in the room that was uncomfortably firm. Felt like sleeping on the floor. Since then, they put a new mattress in there that is super comfy. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House Inn & Suites. Dezra at the front desk was great! She was kind, full of helpful information, and very professional. The room was nice, had everything we needed. Ocean view was great. The oversized deck was perfect for watching all the beach activities and viewing the sunset. The fireplace was an added bonus. The reasons I did not give it a 5 star rating: the bed pillows need replacing ( they are flat), the bedspread needed washing (smelled dusty and not fresh) and the deck furniture is sub par (chair pillows need replacing and metal table is rusted).

Loved that it was a 2min walk to the pier/beach. Loved the secured parking inside the gate with code entry. Loved code entry into the room super convenient. Staff was friendly and responsive. They even had beach towels/toys for the kids (even though my kids are older, it was still very cute and thoughtful). Not to mention the views were everything!

Perfect spot for a quick pismo vacation. best hotel in town overlooking the beach with the most convinient parking and location. Room 305 had a balcony with the best ocean view. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family, especially the kids who had a blast with the basket of toys provided. It was such a thoughtful touch! The parking felt very secure with the gates closing at night, which gave us peace of mind. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, just a three-minute walk from everything. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Our stay was good overall, but the tv in the bedroom didn't work, and the owner knew it didn't work. The sliding door screen was bad, as it didn't slide smoothly on the bottom railing. Maybe the wheels were bad? Also the screen had a large tear in two places. It should have been replaced before it was rented out. The bed was comfortable. The large sectional couch was nice.
