You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.

This is an older property. The great thing is you do get some larger rooms/bathroom. Could use some updating but then you would be paying a higher rate because the location is great! Everything is within walking distance. Stay during the week to get the lower rates as everything goes up for weekend rates. Definitely would stay here again. When AC was out on the first room, they addressed the issue right away and moved us to a new room. So some rooms need maintenance, but again, the price and location are great.

Everything was fine then about 945 I get a text from the front desk asking us to keep it down but we were just walking around in the hotel room and watching a movie. I was pretty upset cause we paid 150$ to stay there and I get this text like I couldn’t even enjoy my stay. I will not be going back there and don’t recommend if u don’t want to be told to not be too loud. Goodevening, this is Jacob from the front desk. Just reaching out to give you a friendly reminder that quiet hours began at 9pm. The text I get at 945 . We were upstairs and just walking. I’m not sure if he was standing outside or what but it made me very uncomfortable. 😳 idk was a very uncomfortable experience.

When we arrived to the Beachwalker Inn, the weather was unusually HOT temps. The AC unfortunately wasn’t turning on. The front desk quickly switched our rooms without hesitation. The check-in was an easy process and the rooms are so clean. We had zero issues. The staff seemed to be really keeping the place nice and upgraded as we were there. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and coffee. Friendly people. Highly recommended and I would return again if I go to pismo.

Room is comfy and cozy, no issues with cleanliness. It’s a bit hard to park but have stayed here multiple times with minimal complaints! Perfect walking distance to Pismo’s center and the wharf.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. Clean rooms. It was a little musty in the room. But it was a perfect spot to sleep. Parking was a little difficult with the spots being a little small. But again we didn’t have to deal with that much because we walked most the time. I would stay here again

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Pismo Beachwalker Inn & Suites. The rooms are spacious, practical, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is a big plus just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and to downtown Pismo Beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Our room included a comfortable bed, TV, microwave, air conditioning, and a mini fridge, which was very convenient. Free on site parking is available for guests, and the overall setup is simple and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. There is no breakfast on site, but that actually turned out to be a great opportunity to walk over to Surfside Donuts & Coffee, which is close by and makes for an easy and tasty morning stop. The hotel also has an outdoor pool available for guests, which is a nice bonus, especially in warmer weather. Overall, this is a great value stay in Pismo Beach comfortable rooms, an excellent location, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place near the beach and downtown.

The ac didn’t work, there was absolutely no water pressure, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and house keeping didn’t come the second day even after requesting them. Very unpleasant experience!

Perfect location. Everything was within a short walking distance. Staff was very pleasant. They even called me before my arrival to ask what temperature I wanted the room when I arrived. Would recommend staying here to anyone who is thinking about it.
