The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood east of Texas State University campus, minutes away from downtown San Marcos. The home is meant to feel homie yet practical with comfortable living areas and dedicated work spaces. The neighborhood has two parks within walking distance, one with a large field and the other one with a basketball court, both with child play areas.

Excellent rental with a great location

Clean rental in a quiet neighborhood with all the furnishings and extras to make a long term stay comfortable. Simple check-in process and very close to downtown San Marcos, restaurants, shopping and all the city conveniences. Highly recommend!

Best home away from home.

From the front door it was homie. I walked in and got exactly what was listed. We had a relaxing stay and was comfortable the entire time. Our host was great with his communication and i will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend thus homr.

Quiet residential neighborhood

It is a cute house in a nice neighborhood. We had some issues with kitchen utensils but the owner responded promptly. The living room couch needs an upgrade.

The property is in a great neighborhood location. It had all the basics needed for a short trip in San Marcos. The house was clean, accessible, and cozy. The host was responsive, but the property was well stocked so I didn't need anything extra during our stay. I recommend this place if you want to avoid hotels while visiting San Marcos or Wimberley.
