Kasita Maria is an attachment to the main house with separate entrance , with others renters on the surroundings units, come with Queen bed smart tv on the living room , and bedroom ,kitchenette with microwave , plates, cups utensils .

As our property is located outside city limits in a natural environment you may occasionally encounter insects such crickets , scorpions witch are part of the local ecosystem to ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control indoors and outdoors , however we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids to minimize the chance of unwanted visitors , we kindly ask that you keep the doors closed when are not on use
please leave you valuables at home or keep them with you , as they won't be our responsibility thanks on advance
For you safety and security , we have cameras installed at the entrance, parking lot and back yard of the apartment
