"The home is in a nice location with easy access to most things. The furnishings were nice and the beds comfortable. The home itself could have been better cleaned. Additionally, there was no bar soap, shampoo or coffee. Upon rereading the listing, I realized they were not listed in the amenities, so that’s on me. I’ve just never stayed where these (at least soap & shampoo) wasn’t provided. One last mention is if you are getting to the house by gps be sure to note if it is street or road. We...

"What a wonderful place for a girls weekend! We have been friends for over 40 years. The property was spotless, very comfortable, beautiful view and easy walk to beach. Would love to come back again. The drip coffee pot was not working well. The keruig was perfect. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make excellent meals. Joe was very responsive to questions."

It took us some time to figure out the parking situation because the parking spot adjacent to the property was taken most of the weekend. The main bedroom is dialed, the room with the trundle bed was convenient for my 2 daughters and I, plus the detached casita worked out well for my friend to have his own space. Location is the best part. Walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm originally from Aptos so being right close to all the amenities was the goal and this house checked that box. Thanks again."

"We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and a 7 minute walk to downtown where there are restaurants and ice cream! I recommend sleeping on the sofa bed as it’s a queen. The main bed is a twin and a little small. Besides that, the place is great and super quite. Perfect for a couple or a family of 3-4. 20 minute drive to the boardwalk."
