The place was cute, and nice to have space between the two rooms. It is small, but worked for our family. We had trouble with the internet mot working, but the company gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a nice stay, with and easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

We came to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UCSC. The place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Fabulous location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. All around a wonderful experience.

Perfect location

Townhouse was excellently situated close to beach and shops. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, allowing us to lounge comfortable on the beach. Lovely walks amongst the period homes and close by to parks for hiking. We enjoyed the ambiance of Capitola and were glad we didn't stay in Santa Cruz.

Great place close to eats and shopping

The unit i stayed at was 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen (well equipped), there was a parking space for me to park Walking to town is lead than 5 minutes, then there are restaurants (from pizza by the slice, to nice restaurants) as well as wine tasting, pubs, clothing, art galleries, not too mention beaches, a river inlet. I'll probably be back and possibly even tent the same place.

wonderful property in Capitola Beach Village - our daughter is a UCSC student who had outpatient ortho surgery (thank you golden state ortho!) to repair a broken collarbone - we stayed here for 5 days with her to help her recover and it was perfect! really appreciated the comfort and convenience! we look forward to staying here again whenever we visit her!

Perfect location….just a couple blocks to everything in the Village. Easy access, but sometimes we had to try the code multiple times for it to work! Clean and well appointed. Tri-level, so there were stairs and varying degrees of temperature between the bottom floor and main. Would stay there again! Us girls had a great time!

Perfect location!

My daughter, best friend and I had such a fun stay! This is the absolute perfect location in Capitola. The beach is just a few minute walk away. We took a 10 min UBER to and from Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and made sure to stop by the cute ice cream shop across the street. The house was on a quiet side street with our own parking spot. Lots of restaurants and cute shops within 5 min walk. House was very cute, beds were comfy, although you may want to bring your own pillows, as the pillows provided were really small and flat. Bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. We had a small problem with cleanliness, but management addressed and fixed it very promptly when I reached out. I might recommend leaving checkout instructions onsite in the binder, box of tissues and a few throw blankets for the super comfy couch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. Location was amazing!
