"This was a fantastic property in a fantastic location!! The rooms and common spaces were beautiful and well maintained. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Made sure we got our ride to the airport organized appropriately in light of the huge festival happening blocks away. The breakfast was excellent. I truly cannot say enough about this lovely stay!"

"Excellent hotel in Salta. Not fancy but very clean and centrally located! Super great staff, many spoke English BEWARE next door is lovely restaurant with amazing singers and music that plays 1030-0100 each night and you can hear it through the solid brick walls. If you’re sleep before it starts, no problem. Sounds amazing to do one night."

"Our 6-day stay at House of Jasmines was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and communicative (English or Spanish). Transportation was always ready for us when we ordered it. The accommodations and location were stunning. The hotel is a ranch converted to beautiful and peaceful resort accommodations. Quiet, stunning scenery, clean, well-maintained, and spacious - we stayed in a suite. The food was delicious - breakfast included - lunch, snack, and dinner offerings provided the rest of the day. The steak is incredible! We took advantage of the spa one afternoon and had a hot stone massage which was very relaxing. Some of the other activities/amenities available include horseback riding, bicycles, heated pool, and outdoor lounge areas scattered throughout the property. Such a relaxing place and if we ever have the opportunity for another visit, we would love to go back and arrange our schedule so we can take more advantage of the offerings of the resort. Thank you for an excellent visit!"

"Property seems new in a new and upcoming area. However, without a vehicle is quite inconvenient. There were two restaurants across the street and a small shopping mall and gas station aroud the corner. People were friendly. The checkin process needs refining. We arrived on time and were repeatedly told to wait for someone to come and receive us and give us entry to the apartment. That person never showed up. In the end it turned out to be self-checkin. For some reason the hosts decided to delay providing the checkin info for a good 20 min after our arrival... which was within their checkin time rules. There after, they provided a whatsapp message with all the relevant access info. Within that message, however, the wifi credentials were incorrect... but was remedied with some back and forth via whatsapp. The good news was that while we were waiting for the host to give us the access info, the gentleman at the lobby reception was very nice and helpful... and allowed us to wait in the lobby while the host sorted out their issues. I have to say that its very annoying when you follow all the rules and a host delays checkin. Hosts should consider that guests have their obligations too and delays can be quite impactful. Delaying business obligations because a host will not release checkin info until the last second is NOT acceptable! Being told to wait for "someone" that never shows up... and the checkin then turning up to be self-checkin is really aggrevating."
