Propretaria gentilissima”

“The room was excellent, very clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The check in is automated, I was sent an email with directions and a code to enter the building, and room, however I had a hard time understanding how to use the code but the staff was available and helped me get into my room. The only drawback is the location, its in what appears to be an older apartment building. There is no private parking but we were able to find a parking space in the street……

“Apartment was great. Centrally located with lots of restaurants, shops and even a great little market about 15min walk away. Room was very modern and stocked with everything we could need, clean and quiet. The parking available is street parking and it is free. Was able to park within a block of the property.”

This place is great; it’s a typical family-style guesthouse with a kitchen, dining table, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom—everything you need. The overall environment is very clean and quiet. There’s a supermarket nearby, and we cooked breakfast or dinner every day. It’s highly recommended for families or good friends to visit together.”

“Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! If I had the entire trip to do over again, we would stay here and use Bologna as a home base for several more day trips that we didn't get to. Thank……

“The apartment was perfect for us. Slept 4 perfectly and the living space was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace too on the sunny days. ”

“Very spacious and very quiet apartment on the second floor. Ten minutes to main piazza bit there’s lots of restaurants in the immediate area and all very good (that we tried). Drinks around the market are also great. The apartment is large for two people and stylish. The photos on the website are accurate. Ten/fifteen minutes walk to the train station.”

“Wonderful hotel. Great location and decoration. The staff is super nice. We can’t have breakfast in Day 1 because we need to leave hotel earlier for food trip but she still prepare breakfast for us with warming greeting:)”
