The seafront building with a not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators. It is located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.
This lovely studio can accomodate up to 4 people.
Situated on the third floor and without air conditioning, it consists of living room with a double bed, double sofa bed, cooking corner, big fridge, television, bathroom with window and shower (shower curtain), balcony with amazing side sea view and one covered parking place.

° Not included - Mandatory to be paid in cash on site:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.
Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
