The building with elevator is located in the area of Lido dei Pini, very close to the pinewood that leads to the beach and to the Promenade of Lido dei Pini.
Our cozy three-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It is ideal for 4/6 guests. The apartment has a beautiful sea view. It consists of a living room with a single sofa bed and a second pull-out single bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom with a shower box, a terrace with outdoor furniture and a numbered and covered parking space. No A/C available.
This lovely apartment provides the perfect space for you to enjoy your vacation with a group of friends or family.
