The Villa is situated in central zone in Bibione Spiaggia, at the beginning of the residential neighbourhood and in the close proximity of the bus station and the open-air market and Luna Park area;
The three-roomed flats is for 4/6 persons develop over ground floor and 1st floor. On the ground floor consist of living room with kitchenette, fridge and double bed sofa, bathroom with shower-box and window, fenced garden with fireplace; on the 1st floor they consist of double room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower-box and window, balcony.
All the flats are equipped with air conditioning system, microwave, sat-tv, coffee machine, washing machine and closet.
