Quiet Tuscan style flat on the first floor of a small Tuscan style building consisting of a romantic shabby chic style double bedroom, country style kitchen, bathroom with shower and sitting room with sofa bed. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people plus 1 baby with a cot and is located on the road to the little town of San Miniato and just a few minutes walk from the commercial services of San Miniato Basso and the railway station (1.5 km). From some windows you can see the beautiful surrounding countryside and the Via Francigena route which is only 80 meters away and which crosses San Miniato towards San Gimignano. The flat is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board and much more. The flat includes a bicycle storage room.
