「The property was clean and quiet. The staff were amazing from the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to bartenders. Danny and Andre were awesome! We will definitely return. 」

「The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was sparkling. A cooler was offered with chairs for the beach, as well as towels to use at the pool. We had hoped the beach was closer and a vending machine for drinks and snacks or even a mini mart nearby. The manager offered us to come back. The price is great and we may take him up on it.」

「Carlos was great manager after initially having wrong room reservation owner and I made a deal for new room I expected. Be careful when you reserve make sure it’s a room by pool as pictures show 」

「I recommend this place to someone who loves privacy. We received great care from the host. We stayed in the king bedroom, which was super comfortable and spacious. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, going through the passageway, which was super convenient since we did not rent a car, and the bus stop was also right in front of the Marriot which was right outside the passageway. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well, and they had a number we could call if we needed...

「This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook. Never have I been treated to this level of crap by your organization....

「The location was absolutely perfect. The view was stunning. The unit itself met our needs however the bed was extremely hard. The communication with the host was challenging and did cause me concern as trying to get a response to my questions or concerns was difficult. But all in all it turned out Just fine. 」

「Tuscany Residence was more than we expected! A gorgeous home, with lots of room for my family of so to spread out and have some privacy. Usually we’re driving each other nuts by the end of the week, but the fact that everyone had their own space was great! Kevin met us at check-in to show us around the home, explained how the appliances worked, and was super responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We chose to rent one of the luxury villas, and the pool was a nice way to relax...

「Very poor response from Host. Twice no response at all. Also, the unit's bathroom and shower had a lot of mold! And the unit had ants. Sometimes, no hot water. It was listed as beachfront, but the beach was a rock cliff.Disappointing! 」
