“Electrics didn’t work - was told (at 1pm) that the electrician would be there at 5 to fix it!! So we couldn’t use the apartment Key stopped working - it was blamed on mobile phone which was in a different bag Very wobbly stairs to first floor Pool area was nice Scruffy urbanisation We couldn’t risk staying for one night Contacted reception and explained we wanted a refund but have heard nothing so far”

“It was a lovely place to stay - very convenient and everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Thank you”

“The most beautiful accommodation in a great location. Welcome bits and bobs helped us loads. Couldn’t recommend enough.”

“Pros: Our vacation has been successful. We were met by a nice lady who told us everything we needed to know. The area is great and only 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment was lovely and it had everything we needed. Hope we can come back another time.”

“Apartment view was a building site in front of our window and a restaurant below, Nothing like the photos. The Bathroom door didn’t slide over, the sink wouldn’t drain, the shower was very dirty and the door didn’t close.washing machine so close to shower cubicle you can hardly get in shower. walls had horrible marks on them in bathroom and bedroom. The noise level is very bad you can even hear neighbours talk above and next to you.Sofa was dirty and smelt bad and was broken.Awful apartment……
