KP and his wife were absolutely amazing! They were on point with texting and calling, the room was more beautiful than me and my wife thought it would be, he even helped me surprise her with a 21st birthday decoration in the bedroom. I would highly recommend anyone to give this place a try! I can promise you now, me and my wife will be returning.

10/10 recommend! The host were very helpful and quick to respond. Everyone was very accommodating. I truly think this has been one of my best beach vacations so far. Easy to get to activities, plenty of restaurants to pick from and even able to rent a golf cart through them too. Couldn’t have been made easier to enjoy the beautiful island.

Mandy and Kevin were amazing! They were willing to help with anything which made our stay very welcoming. The location is nice and quiet but still lots to do in the area. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and also street food which we really enjoy! Rented a golf cart recommended by Mandy which was cheaper than what the taxi driver quoted us. Thank you to our hosts! 😊😎

The Aqua Vista is a sweet little property right on the ocean with two charming knowledgeable hosts, Mandy & KP, who help make the stay on San Pedro more enjoyable. Mandy helped set up everything, got us in touch with an awesome tour guide: Karen, a golf cart (good times had with the cart!) Tropic Air flights.. THANKS!! The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week. Carolina is a gem! A truly great time was had- thanks Mandy & KP!

The property is set back just across the road from the ocean - beautiful view! The setup is efficient and the kitchen has all that is needed. You can walk to central San Pedro or to restaurants easily. The property management is outstanding - thanks to Mandy and KP for answering every question or request.

KP, Mandy and our housekeeper. Made us feel at home, gave us great insight to the island. Wanted to know if they could do anything for us before, and during our trip. My husband and I stayed a week at Aqua Vista and we did not want to leave. The place is beautiful. Location is perfect for great places to eat have a cocktail or relax in the ocean sipping a cocktail. Special thanks to Mandy and Kevin our hosts. They are the best! Already planning our next trip.
