This second floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye and has an amazing view over the beach out to the sea from its large covered veranda/balcony.

Each bedroom has a queen bed. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom while the the second bath is off the hall. There is a living room (with queen sleeper sofa), dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

What's especially fun about this condo is its undersea theme! Check out the sea turtle, eagle ray, etc, "swimming" in the hall mural seen in the photos; there's also a mermaid on the wall of the master bedroom.

Sunset Beach Resort is located 2.5 miles/4 km south of the town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:

--Suya Tour operator (1 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (2 minute walk)
--A few good restaurants (1-15 minute walk)

And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!

The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!

It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.
