“Nice place”

“I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. I do not recommend booking the Dubai suite but other rooms are a must. Manager is super nice and he acknowledged the issue. Front desk lady was somewhat passive aggressive about it she tried to deny the……

“This property is advertised as a two bedroom two bath. It is not true. When you get is a one bedroom, one bath with a bedroom being on the second floor in the bath on the first floor and a very, very tight dangerous spiral stairs between the downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. Turns out they say a second bed and bath is in a shack on the property that is now being used for storage. Regarding the property that you do get, the second floor bedroom is wood flooring that pops and creeks tremendously……

“This was an amazing house spotlessly clean absolutely huge with a fabulous roof terrace and the host was delightful, to be completely honest there is noise from the hostel next ”

“It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.”

“First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. When we arrived, the floor was not clean — it was covered in dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. The furniture, the doors,……

“I loved every minute of my stay at luxury atitlan everyone was so nice and friendly, juanita thank you for everything, check in was such a smooth process and it looks exactly like the pictures the views were viewing, the location was perfect everything right outside the gate, you had everything you can ask for, i will definitely stay here again on my nxt visit to san pedro.”

“Host was wonderful, easy check-in and check-out process. Clean space, but accommodation did not include TV as pictured. Did not completely meet expectations as in pictures. However, views are beautiful!”
