Complaint was new rood being put on with banging starting 7am until after 5pm.. management said work was not supposed to start til after 9-1 but i was there the 27th - they should have moved everyone to sunbreeze suite. "We loved our stay at Saphire Beach resort. The apartment was clean, well provisioned and VERY near the beach. Staff on site were super friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was AMAZING, everything we had was very very good. It's a ways up north - didn't realize that when we booked - a good 45 min in a golf cart.
