"This place was clean and in a great location, right by San Pedro Square. Plenty of great food and nightlife to walk to. It's more of an apartment building, but it worked well for us and made sense financially. The free parking spot was an added bonus. My one complaint is that two of the three elevators in the main lobby were not in operation. Getting up and down to the 9th floor sometimes took an unreasonably long time depending on the elevator traffic. For a building that's only 10 years old, I don't understand why two elevators could be unavailable."

"Every one that worked with us was great. The door man to the desk clerk to the gentleman that helped us with our bags. The location was very good for downtown SanJose, a lot of things within walking distance.We would stay here again."

"Cute retro hotel, walking distance to San Pedro Square with every Restaurant you want and bars. Jr suites are a perfect stay with meters in front or you will pay a lot for Valet. Nice staff who made our stay amazing so we stayed another night and went to Christmas in the park. No bar but they said March it’s reopening. Plenty of places to go near by!!"

"The staff was excellent! Welcoming and greeted us with a smile. Hotel is located in the heart of downtown next to Christmas in the park. Clean room, decent bed, but a tab noisy( thin walls) I would def stay here again"
