A very detailed, innovative, and modern designed hotel. I really like the designs. The service is also great (Miss Monica helped a lot).

Feels brand new, very clean, cool decor and comfortable we did the deluxe balcony room. It was well appointed with free mini bar and toiletries. Even though there is no reception there were 2 workers down in the common area most of the time we were there. They also had a nice station with coffee, tea and cookies to have a light refreshment. Its a good location for the spa, not far at all. My only advice is to cut down on the amount of access codes needed. Especially on initial arrival it was stressful and confusing. You need a code for the main entry door, another code for your reservation for the check in kiosk (perhaps just have the phone number or surname be the access for the kiosk), a code for the parking gate, then your room is a code rather than a key. It was way too many codes! Make sure you pull up to the main door drop your bags and get some help with the codes before trying to park is my advice. The QC Terme Spa was AMAZING!!!

Veldig bra opphold. rent og pent, og i umiddelbar nærhet til spa’et. Alt fungerte utmerket og hyggelig personale. Flott med parkering i egen garasje. Litt trøblete med innsjekking, men løste seg raskt ved hjelp fra personalet. Anbefales sterkt!

Erinomainen huone isolla patiolla. Vaikka ei ollut aamiaista, oli ilmainen minibaari täynnä San Pellegrinon eri tuotteita, suklaata ja omenoita. Plussaa myös Dysonin hiustenkuivaajasta ja erinomaisesta sängystä. Kylpylälle kesti kävellä alle 10 min. Kylpyläkäyntiin kuului hotellin vieraille aperitivo (2 juomaa ja pientä ruokaa).

Acceptable but not amazing

Not bad, self check in is a bit gimmicky, F1 hotels have been doing this for years and it is not high class. No robes in the room, a table outside would have been nice, breakfast would have been nice too, the car park is super tight if you have a big car, no tissues in the room, chairs can be heard being moved on the level above, a shelf in the bathroom would be useful. The room was cold even though we had the thermostat on 24c. The sink made of glass is cool. I wouldn't stay there again due to lack of amenities. Good for 1 night. An incentive to go to the spa would be a good idea seeing as we are staying in the official hotel. The key pass is too low for the room entry and hard to read as it is black with dark numbers.

It was amazing experiences with good service. I gave them thousands of questions and they gave me responses instantly for all the questions including stupid one! Great thanks to them. For the SPA, i think it is much more convenient reserving with hotel!

Superior services!

Due to an unforeseen incident, I had to check out and leave without being able to use the spa. When I told the hotel that I was unable to use the spa, they kindly refunded the amount. The staff were very friendly and professional during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!
