「This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!」

「Very warm welcome including homemade pie and a fridge with everything and more than you need on arrival . House very clean and comfortable in a beautiful location . Only problem for us was we couldn’t get internet which wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t have to plan our journey but overall very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend . 「Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort mitten im historischem Zentrum. Sie ist nur über diverse Treppen mit ungleichen Stufen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Hotelprojekt, so dass man -wenn man möchte- auch auf dem "Dorfplatz" bzw. dort in einem Restaurant frühstücken und zu Abend essen (es gibt ein täglich wechselndes Menu) kann. Im Übrigen gibt es nur ein weiteres Restaurant, dass fußläufig zu erreichen ist, jedoch jetzt im Oktober 2021 auch nur an den Wochenenden geöffnet...

「Die Wohnung ist tip top,super Lage mit einer mega Aussicht,nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß ind die Stadt tolle Strände.San lucido hat ist eine schöne Stadt mit vielen Geschäften und tollen. Die Gastgebererin ist sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert und immer erreichbar.」

「Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...

The only downside was that the night we stayed there was a party on site that went until the wee hours of the morning with party goers wandering the property. Otherwise was an amazing place to stay. 」

From the solid oak trim and doors with heavy iron locks, to beautiful tile work throughout and a huge courtyard that invites your morning caffè or evening glass of wine. The area is not full of “tourist attractions”, just a great beach for long walks and “just enough” good authentic restaurants. 「Struttura vicina al mare, eccelle per la tranquillità, la pulizia, il rapporto qualità prezzo e la disponibilità dei gestori. Appartamento molto carino con cucina attrezzata di tutto e bellissima vista sul mare ed incantevole tramonto. Residence ideale per famiglie, ma io l’ho scelto per la posizione comoda per muoversi vicina all’autostrada ed all’aeroporto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente per un periodo più lungo」
