Calificó de esta forma ya que no me pude hospedar en el lugar ya que aún teniendo reservación se me negó el servicio el personal es grosero y en cierta forma despota me enviaron a otro de sus hoteles que no cuenta ni co. Las instalaciones ni con las amenidades que tenía el que que yo reservé por lo que quedé sumamente molesta por esta acción

Ho prenotato presso questo hotel, quando sono arrivata ho trovato l'hotel chiuso solo con un servizio di sicurezza, il signore ci ha chiamato un bus e ci hanno portati in un altro hotel distante almeno 4 km. La camera che abbiamo trovato dall'altra parte, non era quella prenotata, non c'era,servizio di colazione e non era quello il posto che ci interessava, nessuno ci ha mai avvisato, non abbiamo capito se sono andati in over booking o cosa sia successo. Al check out, non ci hanno fatto pagare niente, ma non era quello che noi volevamo, ci interessava soggiornare presso l'hotel prenotato solo per una nostra logistica personale.

We arrived late for check in. Apparently they have a system that then cancels your booking. Hence; we were provided a double room for a family. The day after they denied to compensate in any way. Very bad experience - we have chosen the place due to good reviews which it did for sure not live up to. absolutely did not meet

Limpieza mal, habian pisos sin electricidad en los pasillos, las habitaciones en general muy por abajo de lo que uno espera por el precio. No hubo limpieza a la habitacion. La alberca descuidado. Lo unico rescatable fue el desayuno.

The hotel is very good in many ways except for the bed. The service is attentive, it offers transportation to some important places in the area, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. The only negative, and very important thing for me, is that the bed is a board; it couldn't be any harder, and I didn't know that level of hardness existed. I asked for something to put on top of it so I could sleep that night, which thankfully was the only one. I suggest they change at least some of the mattresses for people like me who can't sleep on a bed as hard as that.

Front desk was super accommodating and was able to get us checked in a few hours earlier than expected. They were friendly, helpful and the room was so clean and modern. The european energy saving amenties and fixtures were a first for us and we loved it!

We booked for the Hotel Alkquimia, however, we were unable to stay there and had to stay in another hotel owned by them which was unfinished and in a slightly different area of town. When I arrived neither of the desk agents spoke English or were able to tell me why I couldn’t check into my room. They were able to check in someone after me but my two rooms were unavailable due to someone not checking out. The other hotel we were taken too did not feel or even look as clean. The sheets had stains and we had to request new sheets.

Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que por error, la reserva no estaba confirmada y no contábamos con el alojamiento previsto. Nos comentaron que el motivo de este inconveniente era un error del sistema, que ya les habla pasado con otros huéspedes. Si bien se ofrecieron a ubicarnos en otro hotel y accedimos (no teníamos opción viajando con niños y siendo ya el atardecer) , la experiencia fue pésima. Si podes, EVITÁ este hotel si no queres correr el riesgo de llegar y no contar con tu reserva.
