“Horrible service! We booked room a month ahead of time and when we got there 12 am they had no room available for us. After 3 hours of bugging and calling them they finally gave us a room at another hotel that was very low budget. Dirty! Towels smelled horrible! There wasn’t any toilet better. The area was sooo bad. Overall horrible experience!”

“The room was great, well-stocked, very spacious, and the staff were excellent. The only annoying thing was that there was a humidifier that no one told me about that I had to empty myself every day. Apart from that, highly recommend! ”

“Falta aseo en pisos , ubicación de la ducha inadecuado
Sin privacidad, cortinas de habitación en horas de madrugada con el viento se cayeron , con gran estruendo sobre la cama , 8 am no hay ningún tipo de mantenimiento , exigimos cambio de habitación y nos costó ya que pedían más dinero , les y se notar que al contrario era deber de ellos como empresa compensarnos nuestro inconveniente o incidente o de lo contrario tendrían que entrar en devolución de nuestro dinero y nosotros abandonar el……
