"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The pictures really accurately reflect the beauty and brilliance of this property. We had a lovely week and Maurizio and Barbara were both helpful and kind. Some parts of the house are a little tired and there’s no aircon in the main lounge but that really doesn’t detract from the overall experience.
