"We stayed in March or 2024. The cabin was nice but the lake was very dry. No way to do any fishing or water related. I just wish they would have told us before the trip that the lake around them was bone dry and not at all what the pictures show. The staff was very friendly and we still had a great time. The tram ride is pretty cool. Rooms are what you would expect for a cabin made to house mountain bikers and off roaders. "

"This is a hidden gem in the Texas hill country! John and Karen have gone above and beyond as top notch hosts! They have thought of every single detail inside and outside. Just pack your clothes and go! If you love beautiful, country living, on a awesome ranch, then this place if for you. If you find an open weekend when the cabin is not booked, consider yourself lucky! I foresee this place being booked a year in advance as word gets out and the reviews of 10/10 keep coming in! Andrea was right!...

"My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend get away. It was the perfect way to get the kids exploring and experiencing all that nature has to offer. The creek was flowing which made for great exploring. The pool cooled us off after walking around with goats and horses. My kiddos could not have been more in love than they were with the baby goats on the property. The cottage was perfect for our family of five and had all the necessities. Thank you, Miss Beth, for a fabulous weekend."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, it was very clean and decorated so cute, we really enjoyed our stay here, the cabin is in the backyard of the owner's house, we love communicating with people and are very friendly but the owners gave us our privacy, we had the place all to ourselves, we enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of wood for us, beautiful lights out in the back, Brian and his family really did a great job with this place, I tell you one thing if we ever...
