I like everything about this place, it's my second time. The only thing I did not like was there were nobody at night at the from desk, and the shower has no enough water pressure.

Toda la estadía estuvo bien excepto por las cortinas del cuarto que son prácticamente transparentes, por la noche al tener la luz encendida se puede ver todo de afuera y por la mañana desde las 7:30 claridad total. Recomendaría un tono de cortinas más oscuras o una doble cortina con la segunda siendo blackout.

Great stay !!!. The staff is superb from security to maintenance. The only inconvenience for me was the up and down of the little hill almost everyday due to my physical condition. I would recommend this charming hotel 100%.

Great staff. Walk to room is uphill so it can be long and gate is closed at night so you must ring bell to get in and limited lighting . Very clean. I had large room but there was a step up to the bathroom that was awkward and shower pressure was not great. But overall very good

Sad, but true......
The staff and the free breakfast was fantastic. The room and bathroom was dated and is need of repairs and updates. We found ants everywhere, but that's to be expected in any ground level tropical climate property. The bathroom would smelled like raw sewage at times and the shower drained extremely slow and you would bath in about ankle deep water. We had to wait around 15 minutes between showers. There was pooling water in the shower the next morning. There is construction being done almost around the clock for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant in Dec. 2024, so don't expect a quiet night or day. On top the construction you have to deal with the noise from the neighboring business 503 bar. Every night that play loud music that you can clearly hear in your room until 2AM if not later. The only thing worse is their karaoke night.

The property was very nicely cared for and had several cute wooden creatures made from chunks of wood. Really nice dining area and a small pool which was well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean.

Great alternative to big chain hotels
Prices were cheaper than big chain hotels. Charming premises, lots of greenery around rooms and premises. Staff is friendly. Very, very secure neighborhood. Very good restaurants and shopping centers (some high-end) within a block around. Breakfast was plenty but not much variety to choose. do not expect to get the room class or level you booked. I booked a two-bedrooms room and I was given a two-beds room. I mentally prepared to enjoy my vacation and not ruin it by those logistic mishaps that inevitably happen.

People were friendly. Food was not very good opted out of the free breakfast on the second day. The building was tired in need of repairs pool was shut down for maintenance. The outside decor was nice especially during the evening. Our overall experience it suited our needs -

The bathroom window blinds were falling apart but the service and atmosphere of the hotel made up for it. Would consider staying there again.
