Modern tourist apartment located in the Gros neighborhood, on the first floor of a contemporary building with a spacious street-level elevator, providing easy access without the need to climb stairs.



The 45 m² property features a cozy living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining space, perfectly equipped for both short and long stays. It has one bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment offers all the necessary comforts, including air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi connection.



An ideal accommodation to enjoy comfort in one of San Sebastián’s liveliest areas, just a few steps from Zurriola Beach, the seaside promenade, and a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops that give the Gros neighborhood its charm and vibrant atmosphere.
