"Front desk staff would not honor the Hotel.com price they wanted to charge $2.00 per day for SHEETS! The toilet did not work in the room, dirty sheets, and the front desk staff would not bring a key to the new room. I had to go down to the front desk and then back up to the 4th floor. Dog Waste all around the landscape. Their only remedy was the site manager came in on Tuesday and refunded the sheet fee and will coach the front desk persons in customer service and site maintenance. He was very nice and professional. "
