"This house had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway to see family in the Mesa area. The instructions were clear and we loved all the little notes around the house. My mother especially appreciated the crucifix in the main bedroom. The only issue was that we couldn't get the number pad on the garage door to work when we first arrived, but we got into the house using the key and had the garage door opener for the remainder of our stay. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!"

"We were in town for a wedding. Eight adults stayed and it was quite comfortable. The house was immaculate and spacious. The listing was a little confusing as the picture of the office looks like it’s an actual room, but in person it is a loft. The futon was comfy. I would highly recommend. We plan to return spring/summer for a longer stay to enjoy more of the amenities it offers.The owners were quick to respond and really assisted with the stay. "

"The place was perfect for our needs. It’s near the ninth tee so you get the vibe of golfing, but no golf balls. The hot tub and the putting green really make for a relaxing time. The location within Johnson Ranch is perfect too. You’re close enough to everything. Early in the morning, I would walk down the ninth hole and go to the practice area very relaxing. San Tan Highlands is the course located within Johnson Ranch. A great course with beautiful views and the most reasonably priced course in the area. Johnson Ranch is a great little Community . People are friendly. They have the barbecue on Friday nights taco Tuesday and you really get a sense that everybody’s in a good mood. I can’t say enough about the property itself three bedrooms And a nice office if you need it. Great kitchen with all your needs. The beds were super comfortable. A convenient garage very relaxing setting.The owner Katie was so organized and very prompt with all my questions which enhanced the relaxed experience. The Santan regional Mountain Park is just up the hill, a bit place to hike and watch the sunrise. The Olive Mill restaurant has excellent food. San Tan Valley is about 30 SW of Phoenix. We also took a few days to go to Grand Canyon and the Petrified Forest. If you love the outdoors, relaxing, golf and beautiful view it’s a great place to stay."

"Honestly, we don't want this secret to get out about this cozy hidden gem, but we absolutely adore this house and its owners! Unlike dealing with a typical management company, you’ll be renting from thoughtful, local owners who go above and beyond. Their communication is excellent, and the home is stocked with everything you could need. The pride they take in their property is evident in the impeccable condition of the house, the serene backyard pool, and the tranquil garden oasis.Nestled in a peaceful/gated neighborhood, you’ll have access to amenities like pools, hot tubs, and pickleball/basketball courts, golf all while being conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The home is ideal for two to three couples or a small family, and elder adults will appreciate the one-level home and thoughtful safety features, like grab bars in the restrooms. We hated to leave but will be back for sure! Thank you Tom & Donna! We appreciate you so much!"
