「We came in a day early and the front desk was so helpful. She changed our reservation and put a note in for us to stay in the same room. This was so comforting after a long two days of driving! Your breakfast and staff are amazing! They kept the breakfast area stocked, clean and are so friendly!!!」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was excellent. They were always welcoming with a smile This was very nice as you don't see and feel that much.these day. We were there for a memorial service, a staff member took the time to take our pic before we left for the Service. Love the rooms with kitchens!! 「We were put in a room overlooking the freeway and it was loud overnight. I talked with front desk and they immediately moved us to a quiet section of the hotel with no problems. Also, I was there for my mom's death. We had to check out at 3pm unexpectantly. The front desk guy and gal were so accomodating. They didn't charge us for staying late and were very sympathetic. We go to Pheonix every other month and will ALWAYS stay at a Hampton Inn, especially this one!!」

「We were here on a one night triip. The staff was super friendly. Our room waa clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast waa good. If only had to complain they need to redecorate the hallways and fix ice machine. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.」
