「The house was perfect for our needs. Was needing a house within the Village of Queen Creek. The house met all our needs. The owners responded quickly to an Issue we had. If we need a large house in the future I would definitely consider renting this one again. 」

「Perfect VRBO! Had everything you could want or need for a fun stay.」

「Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean. WiFi was fast so I was able to work from the apartment with ease. I would definitely stay here again if another conference brings me to Tempe.」

「This property absolutely worked for our group! The bedrooms accommodated us nicely and the game room was awesome. The pool was delightful and was very well maintained with plenty of seating for everyone. David was an exceptional host and very accessible and accommodating. 「We were looking for a beautiful place with a pool and pickleball court. When we showed up, we got so much more. A fire pit, putting green, two covered areas. One for lounging and another for watching tv and enjoying everyone's company. We spent a lot of nights listening to music and playing games. 「Loved the kitchen. Baked the wedding cake for my granddaughter's wedding.」

「This is a very large and comfortable place to spend time. It’s close to ASU, two blocks from a Whole Foods, and a short walk to the street cars. Our host was considerate and quick to respond to questions. The only caveats are that it’s two fights of stairs to the bedrooms, and that, like the rest of Tempe, it’s under flight paths for Sky Harbor airport. The windows are well sealed, however, so the noise wasn’t very disturbing. 」

「Stayed with 12 family members (3-71). Decor is mildly outdated but who cares when the house is clean, the rooms are plentiful, the neighborhood is quiet with lots of convenient shopping areas, and the pool made the 114F days tolerable. 」
