“Had a brilliant 3 night stay at the resort, really enjoyed. Had sent an email of praise to the staff for the wonderful service. Would definitely go back again..
Have reached out via the same email to a member of staff *Reservations Executive to advise of a few issues noticed during the stay. Tables during breakfast not being cleared away quick enough and not being wiped down sadly. Steam room didn't work and the jacuzzi performance was poor. Loose floor short blocks in the spa.

“I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel. San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.”

“Almost everything was excellent except the cable for the TV was not connected. It took 3 days to fix but unsuccessful. We were upgraded to a SUITE, though. ”

“As you enter the lobby of the hotel, the first thing you notice is the elegance and gorgeous scent ! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, modern and clean.
My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold so I had to keep the curtains closed when the sun was streaming in the windows. A bit too warm for me at night, and this was in mid-November!”
